Van took his car to sebring this weekend to get some base lining done with his 2013....from what I know hes the first to take it to the road course, even before any zl1 owners funny enough...this car only has a tune, upgraded brake fluid and frpp resonator delete....everything else bone stock enjoy!

But this is on the stock suspension! I thought the stock suspension, with its antiquated SRA, was terrible at the track! I also heard from "pro drivers" that the 2013 GT500 is incapable of putting its power down and features ridiculous amounts of body roll! I'm also surprised he was able to shift the car, you know, with its pathetic, crappy shifter.

update....the zl1 even with some upgrades had heat soak issues throughout, the GT500 did not. Both handled well and braked well with no signs of fade. Looks like the mags were blowing smoke saying the zl1 could run consistent laps all day.....right
