- 9 under the hood, 12 on the interior, and 18 on the exterior.

That's ridiculous.

The coolest car would have nothing on it. You'd know it by looking at it, and those that didn't knoe cars would have to ask. I mean any normal person would think its stupid to have 39 emblems/logos on a car. Holy crap what an ego. I'm surprised the man can fit into the car with a head that big.

 

It's to remind the buyer every time WHY they're paying what they will pay for this car.

 

Like I said in the other thread, he is PROOOUUUUD of the fact it's a Shelby Gee Tee Three Fifty.
Of course, the people who will actually fork out the $65k+ for this car will end up standing in their heated garages, sipping a glass of wine, staring at the car wondering where Shelby could've fit that 40th emblem/logo...

 

Agree, overkill. Don't understand it. I saw the prototype CS6 Shelby in the factory and they asked me what I thought. I told them to lose all the logos and the in-your-face graphics. Guess I didn't make much of an impression. At least it is a Shelby. I've seen cars at shows with more Shelby emblems than that, and they weren't even Shelbys!

 

The 2011 GT350 is the first Shelby creation I like since the 1968, minus the emblem overkill. I've thought about it quite a bit and I just cannot see myself in that car.

The only thing that is left for SAI is to have ambient lighting on each one of the emblems...



... for nighttime recognition.

 

At least it doesn't have lambo doors...
