I'm so impressed with everything the 2011 Mustangs are bringing to the table, from the V6 to GT500, in every aspect from fuel mileage to ride quality.

Did anyone read the part about the plasma arc used in the GT-R on liscense from Ford! So Godzilla does have some American roots afterall. I knew it was too good to be true.

 

Where is ECI? He should be drooling over this and singing its praises by now!

Looks pretty promising for the GT500 though! I think they fixed it up very nicely this year with the new engine.

 

When my 5.0 is paid off, I'm buying a used 2011 GT500. This Shelby is the one to have.

 

It seems like the biggest difference between the 2010 and 2011 is the SVT package. Outside of that the weight doesn't make a huge difference. I'm interested to see how a 2010 GT500 with the FR3 suspension and G2 Supercar tires does against 2011 with the SVT package.
