I hadn't noticed it before now (although I just might not have noticed perhaps), but I have a fairly prominent ticking that seems to be coming from the injectors. Is this normal on the '13? No noise from the valve covers or anything. I just wanted to do a quick check here before driving to the dealer out of paranoia

i know it is on the 5.0. No clue about the 5.8

 

It's normal to hear them if you are under the hood listening. The 13' has a larger injector too which would contribute to slightly more noise from them than the small injectors we see in most cars.
