I agree but that's also bone dry. Nobody buys it bone dry. It's 60k+ even without the recaros, but it's still a VERY good price.

Poor ZL1
How is that poor ZL1? The "Track Pack" pricing isn't even online. Right now it looks like it might be over $60k to get a GT500 that can match a ZL1 feature for feature. I have a feeling the ZL1 will be the sales leader this year no matter how well the GT500 performs.

it costs $54,200 to match/beat the ZL1 Performance to preformance.......

If one car can outperform another car with less content who cares about "Feature to feature"?

feature to feature is useless when you cross the finish line second..... just saying

The track pack has the external coolers in it, but at least we have a good figure now!

Right now the Ford site is showing a 3.55 rear axle....thought it was 3.31? Someone really needs to clean up the Ford pricing site, it's embarrassing how much is screwed up.

I think the 3.31 goes along with the SVTPP. But yes, the site needs a good once over

Unhappy

Yikes ! Baseline over $ 54000 ! I was so looking forward to getting a 2013 GT500. Now, I just do not know. I may just have been taken out of the game by the hugh price increase. I was counting on no more than a base price of $ 51000. This is not good news.

Thanks for the info Shaun. The funny thing, the price list isn't online on the Ford Dealer site yet. I'm gonna go and price one out to see what it costs!!

The Ford.com site has some minor inconsistencies and mismatches with the Order Guide. I expect a lot of feedback will be headed their way and updates will be coming.

Same here, it's over $60k to get it with the SVTPP and Recaro seats. The track pack isn't even an option I can select yet. Who knows how much that will be?

Minor? You mean like missing options all together (track pack for GT & GT500)? No black stripe option unless you go through and change it on the interior? Hell no stripe delete option at all. Ford should be embarrassed to put it out like this. Doesn't any QA testing go on before release?

Yep, definitely missed some details, doesn't refect well on Ford. Keep in mind, you are not ordering from the site, you still have to work with a Dealer and use the CONCEPTS ordering system which provides actual options and ability to submit a real order. The Build One on the website should be more accurate and I expect them to update it to fix the differences but it should be considered as a guideline only.

we always get boned up here when it comes to the pricing. Good thing is the dollar is on par so just buy it State side and import.

The price differences in cars right now between Canada and the US just can't be ignored... I try to do the whole "Support local businesses, etc." but not when the price differences are that huge.

On another note... I don't think 55K is bad at all base price considering what they have added for this year.

About $62K with all the features minus the track pack.
