2010 Pypes Pype Bomb Exhaust

Finally got them in. I took a few pics. I'm not sure when I'll have a chance to install them. I'll try to take a video when I do.

Did you order them direct from Pypes them self or an online site on Ebay? I have a set on order and they said 2 more weeks last Friday at Pypes, but on their website it says in stock now! Very frustrating since they do not followup any emails from their website! Very lacking in customer service!

I ordered over the phone in early February after a couple for email correspondences with Mike from Pypes. I called last week to followup and they told me they'd be shipped out yesterday. I will say their after the sale CS isn't the best.

I got them for $219 shipped. That was pre-production pricing. I think they go for $279.99+shipping.

Still pretty good price. Why did you go with those vs. SLP Loudmouth? Construction looks similar.

4" tips! The Loudmouths look small on the 2010.

I'm trying to talk my buddy into doing the install with me tonight. If not it won't be until next week. I'm research a good (cheap) HD camera to take some videos.

I picked up a real nice used samsung vid cam off ebay for $100 shipped and have been super happy with the video and audio quality. Best hundred bucks I have spent in a long time.

Well they are on with the help my friend Ed. Below is a pic of the Pype Bomb muffler delete next to the stock muffler. I probably just dropped 20 to 30 pounds off the car. I can't comment on the sound yet. It's loud and you can hear it while in the car. I only got to drive the car for a couple minutes. I'll have more impressions tomorrow. One thing I can say for sure is they are not as raspy as the SLP Loudmouths.

Yeah, those have some sort of baffling or something in them, don't they?

Personally I like the deceleration popping.

Looks good Don't forget to get some video!

I'm wondering if something like this, with a little suppression, will sound better with a catted-X as opposed to the other muffler delete pipes?

I probably won't be able to get a video up until next week. It's going to be raining there the till Monday. There is some drone around 2,000-2,200 RPM. Nothing that will make your head split but it's there. Very similar to my SLP Loudmouths on my 05 GT. The exhaust to me sounds just like the videos of the Roush Exhaust.

Do ya plan on changing the mid-pipe/headers or staying stock there?
