Mustang ST - Only way to get a MT V6 in Mexico
Hey there,
These are the prices for the basic Mustang in Mexico. in US Dlls:
Mustang V6 AT $29,116
Mustang V6 ST $30,080
Mustang V8 GT AT/MT $36,837
Mustang V8 GT Glass Roof $38,320
Mustang V8 GT Convertible $42,403
So the ST is not really far from the basic V6, and is the only way to get a Manual Transmission V6 Mustang in Mexico.
I think it's a good deal for Mustang enthusiasts that can't afford a GT here.
BTW

Wow, if those are the prices then you're right!
Hec, I wonder though how hard it would it be to order one from a dealer in the valley of texas and have them ship it to a dealer in Mexico? I know there has to be vehicle regulations that differ but I dont know...
I paid 24k for my base '12 5.0L brand new... id be pissed about paying 36k for one there.

Because SOME people will choose a V6 with PP package so they can have their goodies than take a base 5.0 without the goodies.... Yes, that really happens....sad but true. but to each his own and I won't judge them for it. i just know I have had this exact conversation with people and they have chosen the V6 with tech goodies over base 5.0
As with me. I would love to have the 5.0 but I can't justify it because it will be a daily driver and I wanted the extra's more that the 120HP. If it would be a weekend warrior then I would have opted for the 5.0 for sure.
