2010 GT500 limited to 2,000... NOT!
The below article informs the following:
*UPDATE: We reached out to Ford to ascertain the veracity of this Team Shelby document, and they have categorically denied the website users' claims. 2010 Mustang GT500 production has NOT been limited to 2,000 units, and the report is inaccurate. Ford does not report volume figures for the GT500.

Hey Steel Town, the information that was on Autoblog, was information that I posted on TeamShelby.com. See the screen name on the Autoblog story, 06VistaBlueGT? Look below in my sig. Its my name I go by on every other forum I use. The name I have here was picked as I didn't have my Mustang when I joined here (back in June 2004). That information was handed to me by my Zone rep and we lost our other 2 allocations (we had 3 and only got 1, that I used to get Zeindog his car). And now, rumor is production is over now and like bpmurr said, there are NO 2010 GT500s driving around. And others on Team Shelby who doubted me now have come around and believe what I posted.
I gotta tell ya, that it was VERY funny to have my screen name posted on Autoblog. People at work were laughing at it. I'm just glad I didn't post my dealership name in the thread on TS. If you got any questions on that information, let me know.

One things for sure, you don't see alot of 2010's around. I think I've seen only one in the Boston area so far.
Is production actually supposed to stop in November for the 2010 model year? More than a passing interest in this as I just ordered a 2010 yesterday from my local dealer. Strange that none of this even came up when I was ordering the car. What do u think my chances are of getting my 2010 by end of January which is what the dealer said?
