Some 20s don't weigh too much more than the stock rims and wheels...if you lighten up somewhere else the extra weight from the rims is negligible
Not true... ROTATIONAL MASS. I could delete my back seat...but it wont equal the weight of the wheels... I dont have to turn my seats to get them going
