Still haven't heard on my car today so I am unknown status at this time for T&T. If I don't get it back soon enough to mod it back out then I guess I am out. If I get it in time then count me in.

Jeff... Don't forget to grab my ramps, heat gun, etc. for tomorrow. We'll definitly need em...
#64
Momma just called... She picked up my new Mig Welder! Sweet...

Won't forget the ramps or the heat gun. I don't have anything else. I'll be sure to bring my stripes and clear bra stuff...Hopefully they can be both put on the same day...
#66
The stripe will have to go first... Because the clear will go over the stripes....
Oh the 1/8 drill bit? If you lost it, no biggie!

I've got it sitting on my tool boxes. Don't worry amigo...

Well, just spoke with Kurtis. They still have to put on the LCAs and UCA mount and install the gauges. The anti-squats are on back order. He is hoping to get it done by about 5-6 tonight but he may have to keep it and finish the gauges tomorrow. If that is the case, I will be coming over to hang out for Tech Day instead of installing stripes. Stripes may have to wait until next Friday, the day before the drags for Shelby which means for the cruise on Thursday, no stripes...Other than that they just have to ad fluids and start the car. I hope the DS problem is fixed...

It's gonna be close.... Why don't you just grab it and do the gauges yourself. That way you'll at least have it!
#71
Could we make the gauges part of the tech day tomorrow?
#72
Do you know how to run a mechanical boost gauge into the car? Or an electric fuel pressure gauge? We would also need a 90 degree drill. Where can you get one of those?
#73
Ok, talked to Kurtis. He's not going to do the gauges. We'll do those tomorrow. while the stripes are going on. Is that ok with you guys?
#74
You can do that while Dave-O is doing his springs. 90- degree drill... Hmm... Don't have one. Never seen one in electric either. Only air operated...
I'm not much help with my broke a$$ foot. But, since I'm in management, I'm use to sitting on my butt pointing and telling people what to do!

Taken care of... whats funny is that I had to find a five year old drill that the 90 degree chuck would fit on haha. It should work, Just need some kind of allen to take the chuck off, then put the 90 degreed chuck on
#78
I'll bring it with me to the drags, I just have to have it back by monday
#79
HILTI to the rescue!! I knew I worked here for a reason!!

According to the install instructions for the gauge pod, we need a 90 degree drill, "L" letter bit with drill stop, and a 1" hole saw. The rest I have except for a torque seal, any idea what that is?
