The tune alone would cost 100 bucks if I bought them somewhere else. I am thinking the delete plates and then the swaybar eliminator brace. After that the Mezzier water pump. Then can anyone say 12.6 N/A ??

Check this out. ON the LEFT is a set of 07 valve covers. On the RIGHT 05 valve covers painted. looks like they did away with a bolt location on the 07. hmmm my buddy says the heads will support all bolt locations though. so I guess its no bid deal. Wonder why ford did that?

 

Strange... I'd rather have the bolt which I do since i have an 06. Odd though.

The actual case is different as well... took towards the Oil cap end and the end if the valve cover is a tad different as well. You would think they would let us know of these things. possibly to save a step on the assymbly line??

Dave with what you plan to do you could easily do 12.6 N/A if you can get it to hook up. You may need a stickier tire. I have been contemplating getting some ET Streets since they are stickier than the BFGs. I would then be selling my BFGs since they only have 4 runs on them.

 

I'll give you $20 bucks for them....

 

PS... If you go that route Jeff... I'd beef up the rearend.

 

At a bare minimum I would get a rear end girdle that has main bearing supports.

I just want the tires to stick better...maybe I should go back to my original plan and have a good, all around car...which would mean better cornering, etc...
