It was an ugly car but it worked for me when I was working in Philly. Not too many people looking to steal it. Mine was a 'limited production' 1977 model. The attached pic has an orange one in the middle. Mine was totalled while sitting in front of my apartment. I gave it to the local paper boy. It ran well enough to deliver papers. No way would I want to be dropped off at school with that car. My parents had a hot cruiser when I was in school. a 1962 VW Bug (gray)... Fortunately we lived close enough to school that I walked to school.

 

I'll work on the drag radials... Ill be lucky to get them in time for the drags at all this year.... too many things I have to pay for... plus christmas coming up. im stressin can ya tell. Im just wondering what the dang apartment complex is going to charge us for the damage our dog did. window sills are chewn...carpet is also chewwed up..that will have to be replaced... she for some reason decided to try and eat through the bathroom wall in 2 places....didnt get through the drywall but took off a layer of it! They have a $300 pet deposit..but they will probably want at least a grand for the damages. stupid dog... oh NOW we finally have a NICE kennel for her... trained her on it in 3 days... she loves that dang thing...why we didnt kennel train her in the first place is beyond me. The next place we live at ..that dog will not be out of the kennel unless we are home.

 

You could fix the wall yourself that could save you some dough. THey will more than likely just keep your pet deposit as well as your rent deposit if you had one.

 

Rent deposit was only like $200 sooo they will probably want more... you know how to fix walls david... I am lacking in that department. basically you can see the brown layer under the white drywall I might try painting it and see how it looks. O and she also ate the border in the bathroom.. Now I know that will need to be replaced as well.
