Looks great Ryan!! I would go with a midpipe O/R X or H first...see how it sounds with the factory mufflers then decide on mufflers.... When I got my O/R X on with just the factory mufflers...its sounded sweet, plus I picked up a few HP...mufflers dont add anything but sound

And now that youve got more air comeing into the car with the Steeda CAI youve gotta get more out of the car and an O/R pipe would help

No they don't sound bad, But it kinda takes away from some of the loudness!! You can always try it with the stock ones, then if u don't like it switch to the violators!!!

If you all have any welding skills I found a write up a while back on a guy modifying his stock mufflers. His next idea was to re cut open the muffler, cut some holes and run a pipe from the inlet straight to the outlet making it like straight pipes. I thought that was cool because it would be really loud, REALLY cheap, and should perform better than any aftermarket muffler since it would be a straight pipe.

Not a good idea... these mustangs really need mufflers...they sould like A$$ with an off road pipe and no mufflers.
