I think you'll be fine with the OFF-Road X and stock mufflers for now...they sound good in my opinion...not too loud not too quite...BUT changing out the mufflers to something you like is always a plus

Ya well I dunno on your cars. I did a prochamber install in Stillwater on a friends car and we ran it without mufflers for a month. Sounded mean as could be and everyone's heads turned when they heard it lol.

Oh by the way, looks like Im doing another cam swap on my car in a couple weeks lol. Probably some longtubes pretty soon after too.

i had the off road x with the slp loudmouths on my05 vert and it was so loud you could hardly drive it without wearing ear plugs!

I was thinkin about SLPs w/ an o/r x pipe but idk just HOW loud it will be

the slp loudmouth is basically a straight tube, their is no actual muffler. it is like running a straight pipe right off the engine(with no cats)

I did, i can't really tell 2 much. But from what i've heard it just sounds LOUD and doesn't even really sound good. just a bunch of noise basically

lol for real..never thought about doing that but idk.. I've seen them go for $875 shipped but i'm lookin to get like $550 for minem $600 would be amazing

A little food for thought here. You should keep the stock 17's for drag radials. You will want them for sure as soon as you go to the track and slip slide all over the place.
