Tried starting the car again and this time the drivers side turned on, but the passenger side did not (this has not happed before, the drivers side is the one thats been out this whole time). So this is making me think its something else besides the ballast. Any thoughts?

Your computer code is on your ECU and is generally a 4 digit sequence (for example: ZYA2) as for the strategy code you should be able to just plug in your tuner and arrow down to strategy code and get it from there... the strategy code should look something like this (RYAK1Z7). I believe you can give tuners your 4 digit sequence instead of the strategy code and they should be able to send you a tune that will work if thats what your wanting. So basically you can use the 4 digits under the hood on the ECU OR you can plug your tuner in and get the 7 digit strategy code...they are one in the same. Hope this helps
