I need to replace my hoosier quick time dot pro tires. What do you guys think of the mickey thompson drag radials?
I am planing on some minor mods in the next few weeks. I am switching from a small pannel K&N filther to a cone filther setup in a custom fiberglass box I fabricated. I found that I was pulling some vacuum in the intake tube in the upper rpm area. I will have to have the car tuned for the new filther because it thows the car lean because of diffrence in the path compared to the factory box.
I might get the car tuned using E-10 and then with straight gas so I can have 2 programs. So when I visit dallas I can swap programs and not take a chance of burning the motor down.
I ran the car on the dyno while in dallas and the E-10 made the wide open throttle air fuel ratio go from 11.7 to 12.1. It is on the edge of safe but very cold weather could send it over the edge. I riched the stoch air fuel ratio from 14.64 to 14.34 and the car ran good with the new tune.
I made sure I sure that I set the a/f ratio correctly this time insted of the 13.4 when I went to the track.

HOLY CRAP OSU pulled it off and won last night... we were down 21-7 in the 3rd...wow...GO POKES. Kansas State was ranked 24th I think.
