We I got cut off last night... Had the battery back up but the cable also went out so I lost connection. We didn't get power back on until 2:30 this morning. All this rain is nutz... What F-ing Drought?

 

You guys know That I parked under a cannopy last night to get out of the hail. So Cassie got home after work and some old man comes out of the dark yelling at her to get her boyfriend to move his ****ing car. So she comes uo to the apartment telling me some scary old man is towing my car. So I walk downstairs and out of the dark that old man comes out yelling at me. Now mind you this is a 4 car cannopy and i have only seen 1 car park there. I have only seen a truck park there once. He kept saying things like "Dont you know I own those parking spaces" "Those are my parking spaces" "Cant you read the sign?"(He made a sign to put in front of the spaces) "I cant believe you parked here" "These are mine" Well got up to my car and all over the passenger side, driver side, He Wrote with car polish. I was ****ed so I started into him telling him how I felt about it. I asked him if he sees me everyday..he answered yes. I asked him if in over the year that I have lived here have I parked in his spaces...his answer no... So I let him know that it stands to reason that he would see me tomorrow and could express his opinion to me all he wants or write a note not vandalize a car. Every excuse he gave for writing on my car I had rebuttle for. I hope I made him feel like ****. when he left he was still saying "well those are my spaces" "I pay for those" "I've been here 9 years" "I cant believe you parked in my spaces" The guy rents two spaces for his piece of crap dodge truck that looks to be a 1999 or so.... man what a low life. Now I am goign to have to find a razerblade and try not to get the polish on my paint... man this is some birthday.

The funny part is after the old man left security showed up...took a look at what the old man did and he was ****ed. Wrote down that the old man vandalized my car and is turning it into property management. Security sided with me...so now I have no clue what to do from here or what the apartment complex is going to do.. most likely drop it. I am still ****ed

Call the cops now and file a report! The bottom line is this…. He vandalized your car and that’s a crime. It doesn’t matter if you were in his spot. That does not give him the right to vandalize your car. Bust his *** wide open. Do not tamper with the evidence and take plenty of pictures!

If it had been me… I would be the one in jail this morning and he would be in the hospital….

I dont want to risk getting my car keyed. If there is no evidence of him keying my car he cant be prosecuted. Lack of evidence. So the police report would only make him angry
