Yeah, but I dont want to deal with it. I am ****ed beyond believe at the nerve this guy has. But its not worth the hassle. I will be leaving these apartments soon and dont want any more occurances

I've never been big on cheesy lawsuits nor am I a vengeful person. But sometimes people like that need to be thought a lesson and this dude needs one in a big way. Hitting them in the pocket book normally does the trick. If not, they'll do it again.
I'd also would try to get him kicked out of the complex.

Thats crazy! Did you tell him you were trying to avoid the hail? I would have gone to jail for sure.
Yup David I told him... but his reply was "Didnt you think I would be rushing home to avoid the Hail toooo" my reply "At 11pm I would think you were rushing home...are you crazy?" my extended reply "So basically you would have had a heart attack and died right here if you had to park next to me for 30min?" His reply "These are my spots I paid for these spots... they are mine"

kool! paul about the cast, you will love the weightless feeling for a couple minutes without the cast. its very weird. i bet you will come straight home and get in the car and drive.......lol

I wasn't stinky... Surprisingly. DRY SKIN DELUXE! From it being puffed up like a hot air balloon. Dr. pretty much reemed me out. Said i've been on it too much. Naaaaaa... Me?
Bottom line. Everything healed great. but I'm it still swelled up a bunch. I'm in a walking cast and have a bunch of excercises to do.

Against the better judgement of Doc. Yes. I'm hard core into my PT excersises. Still on crutches... The leg is soooooo weak. it's amazing. after only 7 weeks it's almost down to the bone. This is coming from a guy that use to be able to race road bikes (bicycle) 100 miles before 10:30am... and leg press over 900 lbs. And now I can barely stand on it. Humbling... Very humbling.
Oh... to answer the question. Yes. I should be able to drive to Foose. Hopefully. Right now I could step on the brakes to stop within 1000 feet. We're working on it though!
