Cbad Cars 3-31-07
Time for the monthly meet. This month it falls on my Bday and because of that my Bday wish is for this to be the biggest turnout we've ever had! So far this year we've been averaging around 100 cars each turnout and Id like to see it continue to grow even larger. So get the word out. This is open to all cars and enthusiasts, from muscle cars and hot rods to the rarest of exotics.
I have a friend that will be bringing a Murcielago LP640 Roadster from Symbolic and am currently working on trying to get something even better to show up!
After the meet, for those that are interested, we will be going on a small cruise down the coast. Leave the parking lot of the show at 9:30am and head down PCH/101 until we get to the La Jolla area where we will hop on the freeway for a quick jaunt to the Hooters in Mission Valley. Where we will have an early lunch and hopefully a photoop with the girls that work there with our cars. If you are interested in that please speak up and say that you are so I can get a good head count and make proper arrangements with the restaurant.

I trust you will be taking lots of pictures for those unfortunates who cannot make it. I look forward to my monthly photo fix of all the wicked cars at your events.
...does wicked make me sound old or what???

No, I am one of the original attendees though (I think there are like 2 or 3 of us still going) and I am definitely one of the main supporters of getting this show back on its feet. I have help from key players in some of the other car groups; ie. viper, vette, lotus, these people help spread the word (although it does seem like I do most of the work...lol)

Sounds cool, but...
Estimated Driving time: 01:40:58 for 77.55 Mile of travel
That's per the 'Personalized Directions' link; A little too far for me.

1)It gives you an excuse to go to Cheeburger.
2)Enjoy the car for 150 miles.
3)You can put your sticky cam to use during the mini cruise.
4)Show off the car you've but so much work into.
5)Check out other cool cars.
6)Finally see my louvers in person.
7)Get your powered by Ford emblem back.
8)Check out some Hooters.
9)Bonding time with Chris.
10)Get away from the wife. Don't tell her I said that.

everyone starts getting there at 7am (as for the Cbad meet), it is pretty full by 8 but not hard to find a spot, and the parking lot is HUGE, it could easily hold several hundred cars where we meet. Towards the end of the meet some people that show up late park in the back half but are still part of the group
