Oh and a few Ferraris showed up as well....lol!

Any more info. on this Z06 convertible? Did it have the LS7 or just the body/brake upgrades?

 

I am so jealous! What an awesome show.

 

dont know anything about this car at all, everyone was standing around it trying to figure out if it was a C6 vert upgraded (which would cost more in the long run to do everything to Z06 specs) or a Z06 with a vert conversion, I saw it with its hood up once as I passed by and it was Z06 all the way, but they dont make a vert so no idea how this was pulled off. Never saw the owner, but the vert finish and toneau cover and paint looked completely OEM and even had the matching orange peel as if the toneau cover wasnt painted aftermarket.

As always great pics. I agree that place is really nice to go to you never know what you will see. Any chance you can give me a heads up as when the enzo will show up again ? Is that dealer owned or private? I want to see one and hear the motor.

You also mention about the cobra at the end. Was he doing a burn out?

 

Amazing collection. How do we find out about these get-togethers and shows? Do we have a thread here on TMS? If not, I think we should start one.

and my site I linked in the first post will very soon have a calender listing the events and a forum to discuss, plan and share photos of events. The site will be soon just focus on all of socals car culture and be a convenient spot to get all of your information no matter what the show is. I will post up about it when its ready.

for now this coming weekend at C&C FORD WILL BE THE FEATURED CAR! I will post details in the main 05-07 section tomorrow.

i've been to these types of events before. the first 5 or 10 minutes are ok, then it's just depressing.

Rrobello NICE SHOTS!! Especially of the Vector AWX-3 and the CLK-DTM!!! BTW, who brought the CLK? That wasn't from Canepa was it? I ask, as I see they have one for sale. I letting the link of photos load. Can't wait to see them all.

 

WOW!!! Just looked at all the shots!!! UNREAL!!! Both Vector WX3 were there (coupe and roadster), and I can't believe someone brought one of only 10 in existance Ferrari 275 GTS N.A.R.T Spyders! Incredible.

 

the cool thing about these events is that not only do we get cool cars but some cool people as well, Nick Cage, Jay Leno, Barry Meguiar, Valentino Balboni, ect ect, and also more often then not the people that created the cars bringing the rarest of exotics. There were actually 11 N.A.R.T. bodies made, the 11th one never made it to completion and was lost, my friends uncle found it for a client and is finishing it. The CLK is driven as almost a daily driver by this really cool old guy. You would never expect him to get out of it...lol.
