Im a little late to this party but ih well, I had an 05 V6 Auto that was built (no joke) Friday the 13th, the car was deamed a lemon by the State of Rhode Island. Lots of electrical problems and water in the junction box etc. funny thing was....the car had 40K miles on it when I gave it back. Pretty much had Ford by the BALL$$ and ordered an 07 Grabber Orange GT fully loaded for a sweet price and it only took me about 3 weeks for the car to get built

Replaced fuel pump for TSM...
Had problems filling with fuel perhaps 6 times in 8 months
15,000 miles...8 months driving
No other problems...
75K Warranty...go figure....

1. Poor MPG...taken in 4times...still avg around 13-15MPG
2. Headlight Condesation
3. Driver seat leather worn/tear (Faulty)
4. Thump in rear axle
5. 3times for Passenger Air-bag light on/off while someone in seat
6. Rattle in vert where Top/Windshield meet
7. 2times for Rattle in vert between 2nd/3rd cross bars
8. 2times for Ripped/torn Seal between Rear passangerside quarter window and front window (serious rattle/ slight leaking)
9. 3times for Plastic molding falling off on driver side Vert mechanism
10. 3times for Wind noise/ leaking on driver side rear window
11. Bought with cracking front facia (replaced)
12. Bought with 3 paint chips (fixed)
13. Probably more things...can't remember....
Ohh yeah....only had the car for a little over 2 months!!!

Man I better go knock on wood. I have never had to bring it to the dealer for any problems. The only time I've taken it to the dealer is for oil changes (a good deal $19.95).

I have the 75k Ford ESP and of course there hasn't been one single problem with the car!!
Mine was, however, built on a WEDNESDAY. Maybe that has everything to do with the build quality!

To add to list in past week...
Also took it back in to get that rear passanger side quarter window replaced...now have to take it back in this week to get the passanger seat air bag sensor replaced...because evidentally after moving it around three different times didnt fix the problem they finally decided to order a new one...which of coarse take 6days to get in.

Needs to be in the shop at least 30days in the first two years of ownership....not to mention besides the defects...I love my Stang. Tried to get the dealership to trade me into another one with-in the first month of ownership...but they said they couldnt do it because it has been titled.
To add to list in past week...

I doubt I have had the most but I've had quite a few all that I reported to my dealer were covered under warranty. My warranty just expired so I hope there are no more but I kinda doubt it. This is my 5th Mustang over the past 25yrs and I have never had this many problems. Or maybe it didn't bother me so much when I only paid $10,000 for a brand new stripped down Mustang LX. 5.0. Even though I've had all these problems I still like my Mustang and would possibly buy another one. I just feel sorry for the guys that paid $60,000+ for a car with this many problems. 
It hurt bad enough paying sticker for my car in 2005. Here's a list of my 05's problems,
1.Chrome paint on trim around instrument cluster was dull in places like they didn't get paint all the way around and plastic had a defect in it. Dealer replaced.
2.Plastic levers on back of seats came off. Dealer replaced
3.Gas gauge went out. Dealer replaced fuel sending unit
4.Whirring noise from steering wheel when turning. Dealer replaced rack and pinion unit
5.Water leak on passenger side foot well. Water got in junction box and would cause electrical problems. Dealer replaced junction box and padding under carpet Update :Now the lights don't flash when I lock the doors with the key fob and 2nd button push makes horn chirp twice like a door is not closed when trying to arm the alarm. Mechanic blames it on my sequentials
6.Paint on edged of hood and under hood bubbled, up dealer said due to oxidation of hood . Dealer repainted hood
7.Fog light reflectors hazed up Didn't report it, they would have just replaced them with the same .
8.Clunking noise and loose feeling from front end. Dealer tightened sway bar bolts it works for a little while .
9.Popping noise from suspension when turning. Replaced springs with Eibach, most of the popping went away.
10.Front drivers doors out of alignment edge of door sticks out just a little like the door isn't completely closed. Not repaired
11.Front drivers door handle not retracting all the way. Dealer
replaced and painted handle.
12. Too many rattles to count. Didn't report.
13.Brakes squeaked for first 10,000 miles finally stopped Didn't report.
14.Engine ticking noise when cold and noisy A/C clutch. Dealer said was normal. I guess time will tell.
15. Let me add the gas tank fill problem I just put up with it and I'm tired of taking my car in and my warranty just expired

I guess this is a complaint section, but mine have been few (2) and very minor. I adjusted my own hood, and the passenger fender is slightly off too. Not enough to bother with. Considering the number of people on this board, 30 people isn't very high, and seems to verify the quality gains Ford has made.
That's not to minimize your problems, they will happen unfortunately. Ford's problem is the dealerships, some (not all) just don't seem to listen.

Got my 05 GT in december of 04. has not been back to the dealer even once! I do have some trouble filling the tank sometimes but I may just live with it rather than leave it at the dealer. and sometimes when it sits for a few weeks the battery goes dead. but I still need to try not arming the security system when its just sitting in the garage incase thats all it is. LOVE the car. Ford really hit a home run on the this car.

Zero Problems
I thought about not posting...who knows what will happen now!
Purchased the car on 28 Feb, and have approximately 5100 miles on it. No problems..
Runs great and returns an honest 22 to 26 mpg. Zero rattles and/or squeeks. Black paint is flawless.

Transmission sucks. First one replaced due to 2nd gear going out. 2nd transmission needs to be replaced because 2nd gear is going out. I haven't even really driven this car hard.

I havent had much problems, gas tank issue, tons of rattles, cover for fronts seats didnt want to stay on, not sure if Im happy the way they fixed it. couple of front suspension components coming loose.
I did have the check engine light come on for a fuel vapor leak, dealer said its a known issue and ford hasnt found a fix for it so they cleared it and hasnt come back.
BUT the poor gas mileage had me thinking, I only average about 16, Tampa what have they done to try to resolve the issue?
