sound when turning left

I have an 06 GT and when I turn left there is a slight vibration(you can feel it in the passenger side foot well) and noise(sounds like a hollow, rapid thumping) coming from my passenger side suspension. The sound and vibration is only when i turn left. I had a local auto mechanic I know ride with me and he said it was the wheel bearing. I replaced the passenger side wheel bearing, hub, nut, and grease cap as instructed but the sound and vibration continues. any ideas?

the vibration part is weird the noise part I would GUESS is the upper strut mount. How many miles are on your car?
