A Cleaner Way to Go!
You Can Get One of These and It Looks Like You Can Rob Special Bolt From or Cut Cable End & Install Spade Like Positive Side & Have New Terminal!
As Far As OEM Parts This is What We Used in the Shop For Battery Cable Issues on a Lot Of Cars Even Though They Were Not Cataloged For Every Application.
Negative
Positive Just as an FYI!
Note Replacement Ends May Require Different Modifications Depending on Top of Battery / Firewall Clearances. Use of End Spade Lug / Trimming of Crimp End Etc. Shorter Flat Top Battery Would Be More Forgiving when Updating Battery Ends as Well!

As an Fyi The Old Time Independent Parts Houses, Not the Chain Store Variety Often Have Problem Solver Goodies Stashed Away For Such Items as Odd Not Generally Supplied Hardware. Of Course those are Hard to Find These Days! Tractor & Implement Parts Houses Often Have Rare Hardware as Well!

That is a Good Find! Thanks For Coming Back and Sharing Part Number!
By Part Number That Was Originally for an 05 Truck. Ford is Real Good about Not Cataloging Smaller Items Like That for All Vehicle Applications. A Quick Search of online Sources would Indicate Buying Locally at a Dealer Would Be Best Buy. Take Note of This Folks For Future Reference. I Updated Title So Others Would Be Able To Find Your Solution Easier!
For Reference Parts Giant Showing List Price. At Dealer There would be no Shipping Charge.

Update I had to Keep Digging!
I See Now Why That Part Was Elusive! It Was As I Suspected part of a TSB. It Just Would Not Cross Reference. So it is Not in the Regular Cataloging. I used to Find a few Goodies Like That. If they were part of a Recall Vs TSb Sometimes they Were Dirt Cheap Cause Ford Did not Want to Charge Themselves Too Much! Yepper!

BROKEN OR CORRODED BOLT ON BATTERY TERMINAL
FORD:
2002-2005 Excursion
2002-2006 F-Super Duty
ISSUE
Some 2002-2006 F-Super Duty and 2002-2005 Excursion vehicles may exhibit a broken or corroded bolt on the battery terminal (positive or negative side). Until recently, the only way to service this issue was to replace the entire 14B060 wire harness.
ACTION
Order and install only the bolt and nut. Do not replace the entire harness. Ensure the bolt's head is fully flushed against the terminal (the square portion of the bolt shank immediately below the bolt head fully engaged in the corresponding square bolt opening on the side of the battery terminal body). Tighten the nut to 48 lb-in (5 N.m).
