Rear End Squeal

Looking for some help on this one. After driving the car on the highway, while pulling into a parking lot or going at low speeds, I hear a squeal (not too loud) coming from the rear of the car. Doesn't happen while driving around town, just after it heats up I guess. The sound is almost like the when the breaks are worn out. Only have 39,000 miles on the car. Had brakes done all the way around, front and back. Still hear the noise. Almost sounds like the wheel bearings are going bad. But would not think that would be the case with the low milage. I don't drive the car hard either. Help!!!
