Rear Caliper issues?

About 4 years ago I replaced my passenger side rear caliper because the pads where getting hung up and wearing out prematurely. I got a rebuilt unit at the local parts store and all was fine till about 2 weeks ago. I have the car over my sister's house (in-between houses and my in-laws already have 4 cars at their house with my wife and I staying there) and she used it a couple times and got a warning that the brake fluid was low and warning for the ABS and TCS. I got a look at it last week and come to find out that the caliper itself was leaking at the rear (near where the E-brake cable is), so I had to replace the Caliper again.

Anyone else experience anything similar to this? Its the first time I've seen a caliper leak like that.
