I think it would be inherent in subwoofers mounted in a door.

i've been noticing this too with my 500. i thought maybe the speaker covers were getting loose over time. but i took off the covers and put them back on real tight. it still rattles (driver's side only). i just prop my leg against the cover and that stops it temporarily.

Not exactly a warranty fix, but perhaps replacing the door subwoofer grilles w/ aftermarket pieces is the answer

Also, check the little almost triangular panel reight behind the door handle. The one where you pull it closed. It is a tiny, hard plastic piece that just press-fits in there. It rattles the most on my car, but I took a pice of a sponge and jammed behind it so that it has tension on it at all times. No more rattle.

I have a similar problem but I found out what mine is. The the part of the door panel that is behind the window controls does not sit flush with the door. If what I just said makes no sense then the bast way to describe it would be if your interior is gray and you have IUP in the car it would be the big part of the door thats textured and black. I had my dealer isulate it problem gone. Hope that helps. I will throw in this pic to show what and where I am talking about
