Power Lumbar problems

i recovered my seats, got everything rehooked like its supposed to be and now when i do my power lumbar...it just clicks...either direction

its not that big of deal because i hardly changed it ever...but still i would like it to work...before i rip the seat out and the cover off...anyone have any easier suggestions to try?
