Out of warranty what have you had to replace

After reading many of these posts I think I've been lucky. 90,000 miles now on the '07:
1 set of tires
rear pads - possible stuck caliper caused one to wear down to metal prematurely
front pads - will be doing soon. They are original now!
1 battery
SJB - cowl leak killed it
front sway bar bushings/links
front control arms/tie rod ends - misdiagnosed in trying to fix sway bar noise
rear control arms - possible misdiagnosed on one of them
hood - thanks to mother nature HAIL
drivers mirror - thanks to mother nature HAIL
numerous tail light bulbs...
aside from that, she's as good car!
Edit: Add thermostat housing. Stupid cheap plastic parts.

'09 V6, Had to replace alternator and battery at 60k. Dash and radio lights go out when headlights are on, learned to live with it. Told dealer right after purchase about light issue, was told TFB, your problem.

I hadn't listed the oil pump because it was a result of driving it a little while with the failure on the top end, but the low oil pressure is what prompted me to open it up.
$120 Oil Pump (HV GT500 unit)
$315 for the timing chain kit

It's been my experience that the harder you drive your Fords, the longer they last (mechanically at least). I drive hard, every day. Every commute is a new race, and I must win!

127k miles on my 06 GT.
A couple batteries and a few taillight bulbs.
Front and rear brake pads.
Throw out bearing at around 45k.
Blew transmission synchro's and stock clutch at 125k all in one hard 2-3 missed on the first try upshift. Stock clutch came out in about 5 pieces. Replaced with a $400 salvage yard transmission that works just fine and another stock clutch setup. Not peeved at all, I'm glad the transmission and stock clutch lasted that long.
Fixed the red leather door panel inserts myself with spray adhesive. ($5 bucks)
Lots of tires.
Last thing, my rear axle pinion seal is starting to leak.

On my 2006 GT, I have only ever replaced 1 right rear turning signal bulb,
1 set of tires, windshield wiper blades, and a battery. Of course, there was oil changes and fuel. Under warranty, there was the shift selector, a sensor in the right side catalytic converter, and a host of TSB issues. It has been a really good car. Dependable and reliable. The only bothersome things are the parasitic battery drains and that dreaded water leak from the cowal (if the engineers had only placed the filter an inch higher...hehe!
