None of the gauges, A/C, turn signals...

... tachometer, speedometer, or mileage/trip display are working, only the "airbag warning light" is on. The car starts and runs fine. The headlights, brake lights, windshield wipers, and Shaker 500 all work. This is on the Bullitt with has 80 miles.

The same happened yesterday morning then the problem disappeared 8 hours later but the "service engine light" came on. I took it in for service but since the problem was gone the only thing that was done was the "service engine" warning was cleared.

Any ideas on what the problem might be? Thanks.

do you have an ipod adapter (pie, aux2car, etc)? any electrical mods? if not i would say the smart junction box or the gauge cluster is hosed.

No adapters or electrical mods.

The problem cleared by itself once again while driving to the dealer, all the warning lights came on for about 5 seconds then went off with the exception of the "service engine" and "airbag" warning lights.

The mechanic said it might be a loose ground or other connection. After addition diagnostics test he decided to replace the "gen module" which has been ordered.

Did you check fuses? (check owners manual, but I think the instrument panel is powered off fuse #61-67 in the engine compartment fuse box)
