Shouldn't mean anything, your tune doesn't touch the Restraint Control Module.
I've got to take mine in anyway, I'll see what happens.

So you can reprogram the restraint control module without touching the tune? With my luck, the tech will "do me a favor" and punch mine back to stock while he's at it.

Hatchman, yeah, the "tune" is just for the engine management. There are other modules in the car that area accessed through the OBD II port, but aren't affected by (or have an affect on) the engine management. The Audio Control Module (ACM) is one, that's what needs to be reprogrammed for those of us that have put in Ford Nav systems after buying the car. The Restraint Control Module would be another. I'm not sure what all the modules are, but I've got a partial listing, and there are others like ICM, GEM, SDAR. Those are "BCE Modules", and there is also the PCM Module. These all show up on the "As Built" information for your car. I have one here for another car, on that a local dealer used to do the programming of my nav the first time.
I'm sure others have a better list of the different modules that our cars come with, and maybe even know what these others I listed are for.
