Do we have the diagram for the removal for these showing those plastic fasteners? I'm missing the driver's side fastener and I can't get the passenger side fastener out...

I went to a dealer and the diagram in the Parts Dpt computer doesn't even show the fastener that is horizontal [directly behind the wheel into the frame member]: It doesn't even show the hole in the liner as it is an axonometric drawing that shows it from the top. He brought out a tiny plastic expansion fastener, similar to what holds the radiator cover down.

What I need is the fastener that is a Phillips-screwdriver-activated expansion plug-like thing that has something like a 1-inch outside head.

I guess I'll have to see if I can get to the backside and nut and bolt it together with some washers.

I can't be the only one looking for this stupid thing...
