My son has a 2002 Mustang GT with a bad turn signal flasher. (signal lights light up but will not flash). Where is the flasher located so I can make the change out?

When you say the signal lights up, do you mean the dash indicator or the actual exterior signal bulb? If it is the dash indicator, check all of the bulbs outside the car as this is the way the car indicates you've got a bad turn signal bulb.
