Going in for warranty work tomorrow, first time.

Hello everyone. I'm going in for warranty work tomorrow for the first time. After talking with a couple of fellow car nuts, I'm convinced the sound I am hearing is excessive driveshaft backlash. The manual says .008 to .012 is normal but it sure feels like it is more than that. Just wondering if they will not honor my warranty claim as I had an upper control arm installed not too long ago. As you know, such an installation requires re-setting the pinion angle. Any thoughts?

Jon

I think just to be safe it may be wise to put back your Factory tune in place and stick a few miles on it ! just incase they for somer eason reflash your cars pc, then that way you can download it into your tuner and reload your 93 tune, from what I recall this has happened to some and they were hooped had to get the tuner redone that costs MORE. just my ,5 cent opinion. Ed
ps I take mine intoday for new hood scoop/kit/hood liner.
