Global window trouble on Convertible

I have an issue that only convertible owers may understand what I am talking about. On our convertibles when the doors are closed the windows are up into pockets in the weather stripping to seal. When you pull on the door handle to open the door the window will drop about 1/2 inch to allow the door to open. When you close the door the window will go up into the pocket. My problem is on the drivers door the window will drop when opening the door but will stay down when closing the door. Also the one touch up and down on this window does not work anymore. So my question is where is the problem at. The switch or computer function? Thanks for the help!

The coupe has the window drop feature too because the side windows are frameless. There is a way to re-calibrate the window drop and one-touch features, your owner's manual lists them. Try that first and see what happens, might be an easy fix.

Hey Justin,
I looked this up in the owners manual and you are correct. There is a re-calibration for the windows. It states that if there is a low battery it can cause this problem. I had to replace my battery a few weeks back so that is what caused them to act up. It's all fixed now!!!! Thanks.

I figured that was it, I've heard of problems like that when a battery goes out. Glad you fixed it.
