Engine Sputtering at idle...07 V6

Today after a trip to the gym, my 2007 Mustang V6 (52K miles) started idling really rough, sputtering...more so just at creeping speed as you lift off the gas. It didn't feel right. Then the check engine light came on, flashing for a bit and turned solid. The exhaust rumble upon acceleration took on a deeper tone, too. Frustrated, I went to O'Reily Auto Parts for a diagnostic. The machine came back with PO171 PO301 and PO201. System running too lean. Injector problem in cylinder 1. I then went to a Brake Shop I had used a lot for a bit of advice. They looked at it and for a $5 one guy helped me change out the #1 cylinder spark plug and I also added fuel injector cleaner. The old plug had wear on it (5 years old). The change out didn't help.
More friends helped diagnose a bit. We think we have narrowed it down to a PCV Valve that has gone bad. I will be buying a new PCV tomorrow and changing it out. (Turns out it was not this at all even though symptoms are similar) Any other suggestions? Hope this makes sense.

Well, if anyone cares, I had asense of false hope. Driving to my parents house for Brunch, my car was working just fine. Then on the way home it went back to the same thing ugh. But, I think it could be a coil pack problem or coil plug wire problem. It was intermittent. It usually felt fine after sitting over night. I found a specialist to take it to tomorrow.

They do. It lags on power but I can accelerate.

Currently at 11:47 MST my car is a Mustang Specialist Shop being looked over. They will figure it out. I just hope it isn't too expensive. Will keep everyone here posted.

Problem Resolved: It turns out one of my injectors was stuck wide open! With something else I forgot. Will give a full report asap. But, the damage is about $378. UGH.

True Glenn, however, their inspection revealed my battery, less than a year old is only putting out 125 Cold Cranking Amps out of a 590 CCA battery. Luckily it is under warranty and I am going to Advanced Auto Parts where I bought it to get them to give me a new battery. The guy at the shop says that he's seen new batteries do this.

That is what a Colorado Winter daily driver does to my engine. lol.
Included are pics of my engine all clean. I also included the invoice. I installed my shorty antenna, too from Stack Racing. The Throttle spacer I got is harder to install. I was not able to reach all of my bolts on the throttle body before the sun went down.

I love the shorty! Looks so much better!

Well, I have had a VERY productive day. All before 12:15 PM among other things, I got a new replacement battery for my car- for free, and an oil change. Advanced tested my battery I bought from them 8 months ago and it failed their test. So they issued me a new one. But, with an online discount and order previously, they struggled a bit with how to get it to me at that original price. But, now the chaos with Whinnie is over! She is as good as she gets!!! Still haven't put the throttle spacer on yet, though.

The Stack Racing Throttle Body Spacer is on! It was fun to do it with my roommate and friend. We did it in about an hour. It only took us that long due to the stubborn wiring harness clips and figuring out that we needed to hook one of them back up before we bolted the throttle body back on.

The woosh sound is fun and it got rid of my lag I had off the line.

PS- since the injector fix, my MPGs went up 3-4 higher!!! I easily get 22 mostly city where before i could never get that unless I was spending most of my time on the highway.
