Charge system light

My charge system light would come on then go off a few blocks later. After replacing alternator the problem persisted. Come to find out the LoJack added to my car was put in totally wrong. Now things are running and my stang is happy. I also put an Alpine unit in my car very very happy

Yep, you have to be very careful tapping into the electrical system on these cars, they will do very strange things. Especially if you happen to tap into the 5V reference system, then the computer completely flips out

Also, if that's a picture of you Alpine unit, that the strangest looking one I've ever seen

Found out what problem was. When they installed the alpine they used my old iPhone cord that had a crimp in it. Sending faulty signal to car. And no that is not my alpine picture. Really happy with unit
