Question ABS Problem after hard acceleration???

I am getting a ABS trouble light both ABS light, Slippery road symbol and the traction control light comes on after hard accelleration. I have tried to already turn off the trac control, but the ABS still comes on?

Is it a sensor???

Is there a TSB on it???

Check your brake fluid level, it may be low. There is a sensor in the resevoir, if it is low that will trigger the sensor and show a light. Not sure if it will show the ABS light or the BRAKE light, but it is an easy check.

What theedge67 said makes plenty of sense. This would especially be the case after hard acceleration - all the fluid would slosh to one side of the reservoir and might trick the car into thinking it is out of fluid!

Anything more complicated than low fluid, I would take it to the dealer. They can diagnose the problem and fix it for you, probably under warranty, even though you have aftermarket rotors.
