06 Power seat not moving forward or backwards

06 Power seat not moving forward or backwards
So my power seat is not going forward or backward, and i know the motor and switch works because i can hear it spinning, but it is not moving, has anyone encountered this? i'd really like to fix it myself instead of having to buy a whole new track.
