Worked on a Shelby today....
A 1989 Shelby Dakota.
A neighbor of mine bought it for $200. He got it home and it wouldn't start.
It turned out to be some dealer installed alarm that was wired pretty extensively into the factory wiring. He didn't have a keyfob and I couldn't figure out what wire did what so I disconnected it and moved the terminal from 87 to 87A on the relay.......works like a charm.
I had never heard of the Shelby Dakota before today, turns out they only made 1500 of them......came with a 5.2 V8. Pretty neat to have a limited production car for $200.....The car isn't in that bad of shape either.

My very first car was a 1986 Dodge Daytona Turbo Z. Which if I recall, derived from the Shelby Z. I remember thinking that car was fast......
If I knew anything about cars then, (like ACTUALLLY I know anything now) I would have held onto it.
I do remember it having a wacky instrument panel with a diagram of the car and lights that would let you know if your door was open and such.
