Fenders are held on by 1 bolt since I take them on and off to work on them. The hood and fenders line up better once bolted down, but the door does need to be moved. It is off some, but I will fix that when I put it all together after paint.

IMO its the sidewall thats the problem. I think i have 225/60s of the front, and 225/70s on the rear...you walls are too short. New tires should help!
these are even 14 inch wheels....

Those are brand new tires
I don't like a bunch of side wall which is why I bought these, but these are almost too small. I like a low to the ground look and these will help once I lower it.

Well the rear end gap is alright with me. Maybe 1-2in which isn't too much for me. Actually like some gap in the rear, front just needs more of a drop and then it will be good. The final decision will come after it gets painted and I see what they look like with paint on the mustang and not just primer.

Well I went to get my tires swapped out since they were in the wrong direction and on the wrong rim. Well they got the right rims, but I think the tires are still in the wrong direction. O well, I have time to get that fixed.

Well I can now hang up my sign saying "Praise the Lowered"
The mustang is dropped big time now . I'll have to check my clearance in the morning. Also get some better pics tomorrow.

Roll your fender lips if you need more clearance. Just do it before paint. Also rebuild you door hinges and align the doors before paint then drill an 1/8" hole in every hinge surface between the bolts while they are mounted. When you go back to hang then later just slip a drill bit or use a nail as an alignment pin in the hole and they will fall out in the same place.

I'm working on that part now. Trying to finish up body work this week and still trying to find someone to paint it. Should have my paint color picked out within the week too.

If that's glazing putty you are using, THROW IT AWAY! (Didn't mean to yell, LOL) Get some 2 part polyester finishing putty, it won't be flaking off next year. Once you got it ready, maybe you could get the tech school teacher to spray it. kennyg

I will see what I am using. I would use bondo there, but the areas don't need to be filled much. I heard the tech teacher is starting to charge for it and the prices are ridiculous.
