Well, I had to call it a day a little early.

Who were the final winners for Paint, etc?

BTW, I won the 50/50 right?!?!!?.....Mark told me I had the winning tickets

Anyway, had a good time, hope everyone made it home safe.

Show turned out very nice. We registered somewhere near 70 cars, had generous donations all day, no real complaints.

Best paint was a red Honda Civic. Best Engine was a 2004 Mustang, and Best of Show went to a...ready for this...1997 Ford Escort. It was highly modified. The results clearly showed the power of lobbying.

50/50 turned out to be worth $23 and went to a 13 year old boy. He looked a little excited to get the bundle of cash.

Thank you to all of the generous participants and to our club members. We set up the show field in 40 minutes, and had it packed up in about the same time.

Mmm.......Likely story.....If you show up at the next meeting, talking about your new stuff you bought for $23.........I'll know......I'll know.

Seriously though, I couldn't even look at that purple thing. I took one look and left, thought Barney had been involved in a hit and run.

To each their own I guess.

Don't sweat it, I'm just crying about it anyway.

At least he didn't have a big key mark down the side of his car and a spiderwebed front bumper like me.
