It's funny how much work that last 10% takes.

Why was shock tower replaced? Accident or rust? Any rust on the car (floor pans, bottom corners of doors, etc.)?

It was kind of weird . I replaced the shock tower because 'it' and only 'it' looked like it had been wrecked before I bought it. Everything else on the front end looked fine except that shock tower. It appeared that if it was wrecked that someone did a excellent job in repairing the car but maybe didnt have the means to replace the tower and just straightened it. By the way it was a GA car and has no rust. Also the car hasnt been driven since the restoration started. It was barley driven by me after it was purchaced because of mechanical issues (clutch burnt out , engine had 4 broken rings, no brakes , p/s pump locked up)all of which have been fixed. Hope that answers your question. Someone take this off my hands. I dont really even like Fords this car just kinda caught my eye......

'67 isn't the right year, either, but that didn't stop Nick Cage, now did it?
