(RALPH) Transmission rebuild video
Well shoot, I contacted Hanlon the other day and they don't have a video out for the T-45. They said my best bet would be a Ford Sevice manual, if I could beg one off of a Ford Techie.
I also remember you mentioned "the Gear shop" or something like that. I found them on E-bay, but they said all they have is basic rebuild stuff. They don't have different clusters or anything like that. I had wanted to swap out the cluster and get a better 1st gear and 5th OD gear. It looks like that won't be possible though.
At this point I may have to start researching my tranny options. I could look at the T-56 again. I had considered it at first, due to the "cool" factor, then discarded that thought when fiscal prudence came into play.
After hitting a wall with the T-45, the '56 may be back on the table.
I wish I can find one for a decent price, vs' paying out the nose for one.

The Corral (http://corral.net) has a Classifieds section that is very active. You could get lucky there. It does not cost as much as some folks (okay, me) think it is to ship one. My T5 came from Indiana for $60.
