R.I.P Deborah Bagwell-Hamer 1954-2008
My sweet wife and best friend of 6 years passed away this morning at 11:30 at the Hospice Care Facility in Albertville. She had myself and her family there with her. Visitation will be at Arab First Baptist Church Thursday night from 6-8pm. Serices will be at the same church Friday at 1pm and she will be buried next to her father at Mountainview Baptist Church in Union Grove. I want to thank all of you for your kind words and thoughts.

Skip, Ya'll were so lucky to find each other. You always looked happy together. I was just thinking this morning about several times I remember of ya'll. One was at an RCMC meeting that got moved on meeting night from a place on University to the BBQ place near the useless overpass. I think that was the night you announced ya'll were engaged. Another is the night the meeting was held at ya'lls house, she was such a great hostess and you a great host. I will miss her smile and the hugs that she always gave when I saw her. Your friend, Ken
Skip, my family's deepest simpathys are with you and your family. Deborah was a wonderful person who gave me words of encouragement during my mother's fight with cancer. God's blessings to you......
RCMC: See your e-mail on this topic. Deborah was a great friend of RCMC and both Deb/Skip provided great support to us. I'm organizing a procession to the service site which will leave the South Parkway Walmart Supercenter (behind Sonic and RedstoneFCU) at 1130 this Friday (the 14th). We'll head down to Arab and following the service, as a group, will proceed to Union Grove where Deb will be laid to rest. Please join us if time permits.
Thanks,
