Try these:

Or instead of a Mustang II, try this:

No need for shock towers, lowers the car, improved steering geometry, better brakes.

Your first question is "how much does it cost" and your second is "what are the advantages"?

Strange way of thinking. You really should start with google.

and you don't need any of that to lower the car, improve the geometry, or have monster brakes. It comes in handy if you want to install a Boss 429 in a 65 however.

ok, the google comments are getting old, again if i wanted to wade through the bull**** that google throw, like website with kits and BS like that i wouldn't have asked you guys.

It's not really a strange way of thinking...cost vs advantages the world runs on those comparisons.
these are things my dad wants to do with the car, so im getting ALL of the info i can from EVERY angle i can.

well after weighing my options and stuff, this would be a nice mod to the 67, but funding doesn't allow right now.

thanks

Thats the point I was making with the shock towers. No shock towers = more room in engine bay.

Except that when it comes to a vintage Ford the Mustang II front suspension is one of the worst options as far as handling and ride. it's low cost and simple which is why so many use it and it works fine if you just drive from show to show or cruise in but if you actually want to drive a Vintage Mustang that handles then you need to forget about the II front suspension and look into much better alternatives. Granted they are not as cheap but you get what you pay for in this case.

well for the 429 motor thats a old motor and second parts is almost impossible to find the parts and the blocks.
lol unless you get a 460 block and convert it to a 429 and just have some custom aluminum head forged for it and get some 429 part made which becomes expensive after awhile lol but doubt he stick a 429 in it just stick the 460 in it and slap some 429 heads on it

I do agree with you. If I was building a vintage Mustang I would be inclined to go with Global West or RRS. Thier parts are top notch.
