Looking for a Hurst shifter stick local..

this one to be exact..
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...10002_37042_-1

problem is that is for the T-5 trannys. Mines a T56. Jegs and summit keep telling me it will not work on my car. Yet some mach 1 owners have said they do. So i would like to find one local to maybe check it with. Anyone seen on hurst brand or any would be find. Im still running a stock shifter. I just cant shell $200 for a short throw yet.

My set up so far: hurst square old school shift boot, (soon to be chrome shifter stick) and i just bought a white cobra embedded ****. Should look pretty sweet when together!

Also paul surprised me yesterday with the fact he was gonna buy me a new N02 bottle.. the kandy blue ones for a display in my trunk. I eventually will turn it into my tank to hold the methanol mix for a inj. kit. Going the sleeper route!!! KINDA lol

I will be looking for some type of bracket to hold this bottle in my trunk neatly. Its mostly show.. I LOOOOOOOVE the speed of sound brackets but have been unable to find them for sale? Anone know of anything... or maybe someone could fab me something?

can you wait about 2 months? if so, I'll mail you the short throw and shifter handle (not ****) in the mail (ordering an MGW when I go downrange) I'll sell it dirt cheap to ya then....if you can live with the POS stocker for a little while longer.
