Looking to buy good used c4 complete, running

I am looking for a complete C4 to install in my 65 coupe. Its a 71 engine. I would like a working trans if possible with all the hardware (dipstick, kick down linkage ect) since I am looking to pull my manual trans out and swap to an auto.
Thanks

That's just wrong. What manual do you have? I wouldn't mind putting a T5 in my convertible.

My trans is not a T5. Its some odd ball trans Ford used in the early 80's.

don't know if it will work or not but a properly built AOD works nicely as well...just another option, they don't handle anything upwards of 700 RWHP but I had a complete TCI streetfighter AOD tranny in my 89 lincoln and it would snap your head on WOT shifts....I had about 400-420 RWHP I believe (stock block 302) it never died. in fact at present it is in a drag car mustang II with over 680 RWHP, it is in the 9's at racewars in germany last summer on this tranny, the guy said he hasn't done anything on it since he bought it from me but change the converter out to a higher stall it had a stout dart block in it...don't know the specs...

just saying it's an option if your looking for one.
