As you have already heard, West End Grill changed venue to a smoking establishment. This means that no one under the age of 19 may be served. Since I am committed to keeping the club a family-friendly organization while I am president, I have given notice to WEG that we will no longer meet there. I am still actively searching for a new place to meet.

In the meantime, I have decided to throw the club a Lawler's barbecue dinner for the July meeting and have it at my house. I am hoping the offer of free food will get you out to mingle with us. I am hoping that we can get the food here at 6:30 and have an informal meeting. At this time, the chance of rain is very slim and the high is forecast for 93.

A couple of things: I have an indoor cat and an outdoor dog. I only have one guest bathroom because I am putting down another floor in the master bath.

Also, PLEASE park only on the SOUTH side of the street! This is the same side that my house is on. I do not want to inconvenience my neighbors any more than necessary. I will also allow GENTLE parking on my lawn.
