H'ville Medical Mall ??? - 2nd & 4th Thursdays

Whats up with the goings on at the Huntsvile medical mall on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month ?

Is it some sort of car club gathering ?

I haven't, thats why I'm asking.
I saw the schedule of meets somewhere (H'sville Med Mall; 2nd & 4th Thurs @ 6 pm)

I haven't heard either. I'll bet it has something to do with cars with really loud $400 mufflers, though.
