fox door pins and bushing replacement

Just bought a set to replace on both doors. How hard is this going to be? My father was looking at it and hes thinking the fenders will have to be removed. Im hoping you dont..it looks like a pain in the ****!

Still tryin to get the car together. Added new headlights, fog lights, set of pony wheels, LT headers and glass pacs with turndowns. Now to find a tranny!

A magazine has a writeup. See the below URL and I show the URL to the writeup.

One thing I must say, get a dremel and a flex shaft (or borrow one) and use fiberglass-reinforced cutting discs. It will go through both pins in 5 minutes. Other tools (hacksaw, power saw, whatever) takes hours to get through the pins. The bottom pin must be cut close to the bottom of the hinge due to the curvature of the door. Definitely put automotive masking tape on the edge of the fender and the door. They will touch and paint will chip if you do not.

Any questions, ask me. I've done lots of these.
